Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on Amoura, operated by Amoura, company registration number \[XXXXXX-XXXX], based in Sweden (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By placing an order in our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which comply with Swedish and EU consumer protection laws.

2. Prices & Payment

ll prices are stated in SEK or EUR and include VAT (25%) unless otherwise specified.               Any shipping costs and fees are displayed at checkout before finalizing the purchase.
We accept payment via the secure methods provided at checkout (e.g. credit/debit cards, Klarna, PayPal).
We reserve the right to adjust prices, but the price at the time of purchase is always binding.

3. Orders & Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. The purchase agreement is valid once you receive this confirmation.

If stock errors, pricing mistakes, or other irregularities are discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Normal delivery time: 3–7 business days within the EU. We work with reliable carriers, but delivery times may vary during holidays or unforeseen events. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply on orders above 50€.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days, EU)

According to EU law, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods.

To use your right of withdrawal:

Contact us at support@byamoura.com before the 14-day period expires.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item(s), using the same payment method as the original order.

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear) are excluded.

6. Complaints & Warranty

Under Swedish and EU consumer law, you have the right to file a complaint for up to 3 years if a product has an original defect.

Complaints should be reported within a “reasonable time” after the defect is discovered (recommended within 2 months).
If the complaint is approved, we cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item or issue a refund.
Normal wear and tear or damages caused by misuse are not covered.

7. Personal Data & GDPR

We handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data is only used to process orders, deliveries, and customer service requests.
Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

8. Dispute Resolution

We follow decisions made by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The version published on our website at the time of your order is the one that applies.
