Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting our support team at info@amoura.co and providing your order number.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Conditions

• Returned items must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
• Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during return shipping
• The product must not show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or odor

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, in accordance with EU law.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Perfumed, scented, or hygiene-sensitive products where the seal has been broken
• Items that, due to hygiene or health protection reasons, are unsuitable for return once opened
• Items damaged or altered by the customer

Shipping Costs & Refunds

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
